ADA Document Portal - Comprehensive collection of ADA documents. Contains over 3,400 documents on the ADA and over 15,000 documents on other disability information.

US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) - Responsible for enforcement and technical assistance related to Title I (employment) of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Tax Incentives for Hiring Persons with Disabilities

ADA Tax Incentives Packet- Information to help businesses understand and take advantage of the tax credit and deduction available for complying with the ADA.

US Department of Labor, Office of Disability Employment Policy Tax Incentives For Business

Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program - Tax credit for employers who hire certain targeted low-income groups.

Accommodations Information

Job Accommodation Network - JAN is a free consulting service designed to increase the employability of people with disabilities by:

  1. Providing individualized worksite accommodations solutions,
  2. Providing technical assistance regarding the ADA and other disability related legislation, and
  3. Educating callers about self-employment options.
