The Career Center will be closed Friday, July 4, 2008. No Letter Service requests will be processed during this time. Rush orders received by 10:00 am on Thursday, July 3rd will be processed prior to the holiday closure.

The Letter Service System is accessible 24/7 and requests are processed in the order received.

The Career Center will return to normal business hours Monday, July 7, 2008.

Beginning this application year (2009), AMCAS has launched a Letter of Recommendation pilot program. There are 21 medical schools who are participating in this pilot program and if you will be applying to any of these 21 schools, you will need to submit your letters of recommendation through this service. How this new pilot program impacts the process in which your letters of recommendation are forwarded from the Career Center is minimal. More information regarding AMCAS matching form(s).
